The job board for arts, heritage, museums & visitor attractions.
We help cultural organisations reach the right people – quickly, affordably and effectively.
With 20,000+ active job seekers and 80,000+ monthly job views, Culture Jobs is used by employers and candidates across the UK and Ireland.
From national institutions – including The V&A, Royal Albert Hall, The National Gallery, Buckingham Palace, and the National Lottery Heritage Fund – to independent museums, theatres, local authorities, visitor attractions and arts charities, culture and tourism sector employers are choosing Culture Jobs over generalist job boards.
Why we exist
Cultural recruitment is often fragmented and expensive. Roles get buried on general job boards, budgets are tight, and specialist talent can be hard to reach.
Culture Jobs was created to solve that – making cultural recruitment more visible, more targeted and more affordable.

Built from within the sector

Founded by Adam Jones
Adam was part of the team that launched Aerospace Bristol and went on to lead marketing and commercial operations at the museum. As part of the senior management team, his role spanned visitor experience, retail, marketing and communications, giving him a practical understanding of how cultural organisations operate and recruit.
Culture Jobs was created to address a common challenge in the sector: too many roles are hard to find, lack transparency, or fail to reach the right people. The platform brings together opportunities from across museums, heritage and the arts in one place, helping organisations reach a wider and more relevant audience, while making it easier for candidates – including those new to the sector – to discover clear, accessible opportunities.
Adam is also a Trustee at Holst Victorian House, where he supports audience development, marketing and strategic planning.
