We are looking for an Event Delivery Manager to join our Delivery Team. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of commercial and cultural events at BAC, making sure everything runs smoothly and is delivered to a high standard.

You’ll work with clients, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate everything from event logistics and staffing to health and safety, from planning through to delivery. You’ll also support filming activity at BAC and help ensure a good experience for clients and visitors.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent working knowledge of event delivery processes, including health and safety, technical requirements, and catering logistics.
  • Basic understanding of event production management.
  • Knowledge of tools and platforms used in event and venue management (e.g. Artifax, StaffSavvy, Approval Max – training can be provided).
  • Awareness of safeguarding and accessibility considerations in event coordination.
  • Understanding of best H&S practices across events industry.
  • Event management experience.
  • Strong organisational and operational events experience on a wide range of event styles and sizes.
  • Experience of managing health and safety for events, including writing and collating risk assessments.
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including technical, hospitality, and security teams.
  • Experience leading small teams or casual staff during live events.
  • Experience using administrative systems for scheduling, payroll, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a quick response time to all client enquiries to ensure positive relationships are maintained.
  • Feed into the systems and processes required to deliver professional and polished events consistently and collaboratively at BAC.
  • Contribute with managing event spaces and equipment, including event spaces, back-of-house and storage spaces.
  • Attend operational and planning meetings relevant to Commercial Enterprises activity.
  • Support with the maintenance and presentation of relevant data for regular KPI reviews.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Follow and promote good H&S practices as established by BAC across all relevant areas of your role.
  • Minute meetings as required/requested.
  • Contribute to staff meetings, cross-team collaborations, and organisational initiatives that support BAC’s mission and continuous improvement culture.
  • Maintain professional development, staying informed of trends in hospitality, retail, and event services to bring fresh ideas.
