Individual Giving Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an Individual Giving Manager to help grow support for the Royal Shakespeare Company. Working closely with the Head of Individual Giving, you will develop and deliver fundraising campaigns that inspire audiences to become members, patrons and donors, while ensuring
Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering individual giving campaigns to recruit, retain and upgrade donors, members and patrons.
- Planning and managing integrated fundraising activity across digital, direct mail, telephone and face-to-face channels.
- Creating compelling supporter journeys that encourage deeper engagement and long-term support.
- Managing donor stewardship, communications and exclusive supporter experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects the RSC’s values.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across Development, Brand & Audiences and Communications to deliver effective fundraising content and campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analysing supporter data and using insights to improve future fundraising activity.
Job Requirements
- Experience of managing successful Individual Giving, Membership or Patron fundraising programmes.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel fundraising or membership campaigns that achieve income and engagement targets.
- Strong understanding of donor acquisition, retention, stewardship and supporter journey development.
- Experience of using CRM systems and fundraising data to analyse performance and inform campaign decisions.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with supporters, colleagues and external partners.
