Programmes Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an interim programmes manager for Fresh Arts C.I.C from mid-September to mid-April on a fixed term contract. We are an arts education company committed to making the arts more accessible to children from all backgrounds. We are in a time of exciting growth.
The role is based in Brent and we particularly welcome applications from Brent residents.
Responsibilities
The Programmes Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our educational programming. This includes:
- Developing programmes and curriculum planning
- Operational organisation including staffing, cover and venue bookings
- Managing, training and supporting our team of facilitators
- Supporting the wellbeing of our freelance artists
- Facilitation, evaluation and monitoring
- Some weekend working due to the nature of the programmes; TOIL will be given
Requirements
- Educated to a minimum of degree level and have relevant professional experience
- We are especially interested in hearing from people who are qualified teachers or have experience planning programmes of work for primary schools

Fresh Arts C.I.C are committed to making the arts more accessible for children from all backgrounds and their families. We have been operating for 14 years doing drama, dance, music and art workshops in schools, nurseries and community settings and running holiday programmes.
